I got the idea to add an exercise log from Pink Runner Girl's blog as a way to motivate myself when I'm feeling super lazy. Enjoy!

- Monday: 15 min. arc trainer, 15 min. bike, 15 min. stairmaster

- Monday: 15 min. arc trainer, 15 min. stairmaster, 10 min. rowing, 20 min. arm strength
- Tuesday: 45 min. spin class, 15 min. abs class
- Wednesday: 60 min. power yoga, 15 min. elliptical
- Thursday: 30 min. spin class (via video), 30 min. leg strength routine
- Friday: 30 min. arc trainer, 10 min. rowing, 5 min. walk, 5 min. abs
- Saturday: Off
- Sunday: Playing with my dog at the beach and washing my car (hey, it's hard work!)
August 1-7
- Monday: 35 min. run by the beach, 10 min. triceps dips/squats by the ocean (6 AM!)
- Tuesday: 45 min. spin class, 15 min. ab class (5:45 AM!)
- Wednesday: 60 min. power yoga class
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 60 min. yoga flow class
- Saturday: Off
- Sunday: 20 min. stairmaster, 15 min. rowing, 20 min. leg strength
July 25-31
- Monday: 20 min. Stairmaster, 20 min. elliptical, 15 min. leg strength (6 AM!)
- Tuesday: 45 min. spin class, 15 min. ab class (5:45 AM!)

- Friday: 20 min. Stairmaster, 15 min. elliptical, 10 min. Rower, 10 min. strength (6 AM!)

- Sunday: I went to the gym but it's really allll a blur
